One size does not fit all. We need more local control of schools to best suit our varied socio-economic needs. We need creative and innovative methods to shift our children's mentality and empower parents to act on school-performance information as well as empower parents to hold schools accountable.
a. Grants for College: All students should be able to receive up to 100% grants without delay based on need for the first two years of College.
b. I will support a combination of Grants or Loans at a fix rate of no more than 2.7% for all students thereafter.
